BLU is no longer available as a separate product. You can toggle to your new dashboard under My Subscriptions in the upper right of the BLU dashboard. You will find the BCBS Enrollment Data spreadsheet under In-App Downloads on the DHP website, as well as AIS’s original news coverage of BCBS entities. On the main DHP Dashboard, select “BCBS Affiliate? Yes” to view data on all Blues-licensed insurers.

Additionally, you will have access to AIS data on non-BCBS payer entities at no additional cost for the remainder of your subscription term.

AIS’s Directory of Health Plans (DHP), currently valued at $8,800/year, is the most trusted resource for health plan market analysis. DHP offers significantly more granularity of covered lives data and more frequent updates than the BLU product, and we hope that you will find it a superior solution for you in tracking BCBS plans and activity.
