PBX has just posted all individual and SHOP premium rates for New York. The database now includes rates from UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, CDPHP and all other insurers participating on the state’s public exchange.

As a reminder, New York does not use an age rating system but instead builds age stipulations into unique plans for policy holders with dependents under the age of 29 or 25. Premium variations are then determined by marital status and/or number of dependents. New York insurers also offer plans exclusively for children; these plans may or may not be delineated within the plan name.

PBX now includes premium rates for 14 states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington, D.C. Check back with PBX frequently throughout October and November as more rates are released.
