February Update: January 2026 Medicare Enrollment Postponed to February

DHP last month posted the first monthly 2026 Public-Sector Plan Enrollment report to your subscriber dashboard; however, because CMS has delayed the release of its 2026 Medicare enrollment files to February, this report only contains new Medicaid membership figures.

CMS stated that it will post January and February 2026 files the week by mid-February. We will be monitoring CMS communications for updated information about this release and will post new figures as soon as they’re available

In addition to the public-sector report, DHP has posted a new In-App Download – Enrollment Trends, 2Q2025 vs. 3Q2025, which analyzes quarterly changes.
